Great travel trailer for family outings and getaways. If you're looking to just get away for a bit or just disconnect to reconnect with your family, this trailer will keep you cool in this Texas heat. With the queen bed in the front and the full-size bunks in the back, there's plenty of room for a good night of sleep to have you ready for your adventures in the morning. We do have sheets and linens. We only ask you to bring your own pillows and pillowcases. We hope our home away from home keeps you as comfortable for your getaway as it does for us. The trailer was great! Britton was very responsive to messages and helpful. He delivered the trailer and set it up at a nearby state park. It was ready when we arrived which was a huge plus for me and my group. Everything was very clean, and it was well equipped with supplies (pots, pans, utensils, and prep containers) and even had k cups for the Keurig. Our weather was a little crazy - from 75 down to 40. The AC and heater did their jobs and we were always comfortable. Finally, on the cold night, we were able to squeeze 7 people in the trailer. The full size bunks held 2 kids or an adult and kid. Also, the couch folded down to a bed.

It was an easy process as the owner setup the tv and gave the brief instructions how things worked and we were set. Definitely plan on staying here again.
