The RV worked for our trip, but there were a few things that I wish we had known ahead of time. It was older and showed more wear and use than I was expecting based on the listing. The kitchen was also very minimally stocked. There were not enough utensils, plates, bowls or silverware to adequately accommodate the four people staying in the RV, so we had to supplement those items ourselves. The biggest disappointment was learning at pickup that the awning was not working. We were not aware of this beforehand and had planned on using it for shade. Instead, we had to set up a four-post canopy, which was much less convenient. Overall, the RV served its purpose, but I think the listing could have been more transparent about its age and condition, the limited kitchen supplies, and especially the non-working awning. Having that information in advance would have allowed us to come better prepared.

We had a great experience with Benjamin and the rental. Very communicative. He helped us RV novices figure out the quirks of RVs at a moments notice. Walked us through everything and all was gold!! We loved our experience and would rent again from him!!
