Choose to stay in the area, head east to some of NC's greatest beaches or head west to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. -Ensure all tanks continue to operate at the proper level and do not over flow or dry up. This is your responsibility throughout your rental period. Renters are responsible for locating sites to dump grey & black tanks as well as locations to fill fresh water tanks.
-Always retract the awning when not in use, while sleeping and never operate during bad weather, especially high winds.
-no outside fires or grills under the awning.
-do not use the awning if not plugged in. It will not retract and you will be responsible for damages.
-Renters are expected to leave the van in the condition in which it is acquired. (cleanliness, undamaged) Including a full tank of diesel and LP. Otherwise, the fee for us to refill will be charged.
-We allow dogs because we know how important it is to have our dog traveling with us, please be respectful and ensure your dog is clean while onboard & doesn't damage anything on the van.
-Absolutely no drinking and driving.
-Nothing is to be flushed in the toilet except body waste. Toilet paper must be trashed in garbage bin provided.
-Any time the DEF gets low, renter is responsible for adding.
-additional cleaning fee will be charged for not emptying plumbing tanks. ($40)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

With additional notice, we are happy to meet the travel needs of our renters. Please send any questions or requests our way and we will do our best to make it happen. If you will be picking the van up from our home, you are welcome to leave your vehicle in our driveway while using our van.

Do you have a lower fee for renters staying in the Raleigh area?
A.
Yes, please inquire with us for trips in the Raleigh area such as Lake Jordan, Falls Lake or Sharon Harris. If you will be using less than 100 miles during your trip, we will offer a 15% discount.

Is renting a Winnebago Era Sprinter Van for me?
A.
There is no doubt that staying in a mobile hotel is fun and convenient! However, even though it may seem glamorous, there are still compromises that will have to be made. This van has great amenities, but at limits. If you are not prepared to possibly be a little uncomfortable at times, overcome obstacles & adapt to nature, van life may not be for you.

Can I see the Van before I book?

We are not an RV dealership, this is our personal van and therefore any requests to see the van before a trip will only be granted after a booking has been made. This is for liability purposes. Our best suggestion for anyone wanting to see what a sprinter camper van looks like is to visit a dealership.
