3.0The camper was not at all clean when we received it. Floors were not swept, mold in the freezer, dirty dishes. The black tank wasn't even emptied. The bunkhouse doorknobs was removed so the door wouldn't close. One of the bunks is literally coming off of the wall; I wouldn't trust it to hold anybody. We didn't need that bunk though and after we cleaned it ourselves it was a nice stay and roomy. It traveled well. Pickup and return was easy and Jordan was very accommodating and communicative during the process.
