• Outdoor fridge needs to be emptied before travel days
• If using heating, electric fireplaces must be turned off if leaving the rig for any extended period.
• Guests must provide a sufficient tow vehicle (F-150 w/ Max tow or larger required)
• Propane tanks must be refilled when returning the rig or renter will be charged for refill cost
• 4500w generator available upon request. Renter provides fuel and returns with the gas tank full.

Began camping adventures in a small KZ Sportman Classic bunkhouse unit that I towed with my Explorer.
This started a desire for bigger and better adventures leading to selling my very small original unit, and purchasing my SportTrek Touring rig.
I wanted to get somethingt bigger, more comfort, and included some of the basic creature comforts (AC, big screen TV, etc.)
