Attentive communication, but cancels
Tyler is praised for periodic check-ins, efficient delivery, and being quick to respond to questions, going above and beyond. However, there are three recorded instances of him canceling bookings days before departure.
Fully stocked, clean, comfortable
The 2023 Puma camper is consistently immaculate and in excellent condition. It comes fully stocked with bedding, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and chairs, also featuring Wi-Fi, recliners, and a fireplace for guest comfort.

5.0We had a great weekend and the camper was a big reason why. We had 2 people who needed to work remotely and the camper Wi-Fi was very helpful. The camper is just as advertised.
