1.032 foot trailer, not 20 foot like add says, tires are weather cracked sent me down the road with low tire pressure, had to 15 psi in each tire, handled a little better after that. Wires hanging down on the pull outs, wife found a moldy freeze wrapper in the bed,water pump under the sink leaked, owners says the trailer is cheap to rent so I have no right to complain about any of this
