We're flexible! Thanks to our contactless pickup and dropoff system using a secure lockbox, you can pick up or return the camper at a time that works best for you within your reservation window. We'll send detailed instructions and the lockbox code about an hour before your rental begins to make everything smooth and easy.

Delivery is available after 4:00 PM. If you need a specific time window, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible!

Q: Do I need to empty the black and gray tanks before returning the camper?
A.
Yes, guests are required to empty both the black and gray tanks before returning the camper. If the tanks are returned full, a $100 dump fee will be added to your reservation. Want to skip the mess? No problem! We'll bill you when your trip is over!
