Responsive, delivers, and supports
Cory is consistently responsive, delivered and set up the trailer, and promptly addressed issues like a leak, bringing fresh towels.
Well-appointed, functional issues
The trailer was well-appointed but had issues with a leak, no heat, and the generator running out of gas. Lacked an instructional guide for new users.

3.0Corey was responsive and helpful when issues came up, and we appreciated that the RV was delivered and set up for us. Unfortunately, we experienced no heat and a leak the first night. Because of the leak, we avoided using water much that evening and didn’t shower that first morning because we were worried about making the issue worse. Corey came out, fixed the leak, and brought fresh towels, which we appreciated. The second night, the generator ran out of gas in the middle of the night and we lost heat and hot water again. As first-time RV users, we didn’t realize this was something we needed to monitor, and a welcome guide or simple instruction manual explaining things like heat, generator use, and troubleshooting would have made the experience much less stressful. This was a special graduation weekend for our family, so we really tried to make the best of it and focus on making memories despite the challenges. We appreciated Corey trying to help, but for the overall cost, I left feeling disappointed with the experience.

Preguntas frecuentes
P.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am pretty flexible. I work a full time job Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm. If your requested time is during my off time there is a pretty good chance we can make it work.
P.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Pretty user friendly, ensure the camp site has 30amp electric hook ups, water connects from water spicket to hose-pressure reducer-filter-RV, then leave RV dump closed to prevent build up and empty as needed-be sure to add water before using again.
P.
Do you deliver? If so how much?
A.
Yes!!! When we deliver we provide a luxury experience, just show up. We complete the set-up, hook-up and tear down upon pickup. This equals more valuable time with your friends and loved ones. Starting rate is $100.00 within 50 miles of Colfax.
P.
Do you fill up the water tanks, when delivering?
A.
Yes we fill up the water tanks when delivering. Please be sure to coordinate this.
