Spacious and modern. Able to sleep more than 3 if small children, possibly 4.This new camping trailer comes stocked with:
pots/pans
silverware/cups
cooking utensils. (Both outdoor grilling utensils and indoor cooking utensils).
Skewers for marshmallows/ hotdogs
Cooking seasonings are also included.The bed is made with clean sheets and extra pillows and sleeping bags that are also included.
This camper has a 2-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator.There are games/cards as well as Dvds if you decide to bring a laptop.A/c and a furnace make this camper perfect for the Colorado weather.
The propane tank comes full and the fresh water tank is full for dry camping (optional).The total cost includes the cleaning fee and re-filling fee of the freshwater tank as well as the propane tank.
An additional fee will need to be added if the black and grey tank are not returned empty (most campsites allow for free dumping when departing).I will be including the hitch receiver and the key locking pin to avoid any unforeseeable issues while towing the trailer.

Corinne and Liv were easy to work with. It was nice not having to fill the propane tanks and do a deep clean. We left it tidy and swept. No issues.

We had a great time with this RV. Corrin is very thorough in explaining all the features of the RV. She also made it clear that we can contact her any time if there's an issue, even if it's 3am. But we didn't have any issue to talk to her about. Overall, we would recommend this RV!
