Ready for a hassle-free camping experience? Enjoy all the comforts of home while in this spacious travel trailer that comfortably accommodates 6 guests! With delivery and set-up, we will have everything ready to go for you--beds made, the inside set up, even grocery delivery if you choose. All you need to do is arrive at your campsite and enjoy!Amenities include: cotton bedding, towels, blankets, basic toiletries (& hairdryer, ladies!), fully stocked kitchen and Plenty of space for your family to spread out! Most trailers have you crammed in like sardines, but this model allows everyone to have some breathing room—separate main bedroom with plush queen bed, spacious bunkhouse for the kids with 2 twin bunks and a twin memory foam fold-out couch (a custom upgrade), plus the dinette allowing you to comfortably sleep 6 adult guests—even more with young children. You will also enjoy the large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The main living space has a slide on each side creating a large common area for cooking, eating and relaxing in the recliners while watching your favorite movie on the 40” TV. The spacious indoor kitchen boasts a walk-in pantry and large fridge. Summer days may get hot but this RV is well insulated and boasts 2 AC’s. Have a dance party inside or around the fire pit—the indoor/outdoor speakers will have you jammin’ while utilizing the outdoor kitchen, grilling, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing under the stars!Guest Comments:

Hello--thanks for viewing our RV listing! My family and I LOVE RVing and we hope to share our enjoyment with you. The Austin's are exceptional hosts that go above and beyond. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had great communication and delivered and picked up exactly as agreed. The RV "Big Gem" was very clean (looked brand new) and extremely well stocked with everything that you could think of that you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable!! I highly recommend anyone the Austin's and "Big Gem"!! I will certainly be using them again.

Everything was perfect! From drop off to pick up everything that was described was accurate. Very clean and well equipped. The master bed was super comfy. All the outside accessories were such a nice addition. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We do have flexibility for both guests who need delivery and guests who will tow themselves. Please contact us directly as our availability can depend on the day of the week.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This RV is very straightforward with all automatic operations except auto-leveling. We have labeled buttons and switches on the control panel for your convenience.
We are working on producing operational videos that we can share with our guests!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
While we prefer to offer delivery and set-up for our guests, we understand that certain guests are equipped to tow themselves. We will do a thorough walk-through upon guest pickup. The electric and sewage hook ups are located on the driver side of the RV and the water hook up is on the back. Electric is an easy surge protector and plug in. Screw in the "stinky slinky" and pull the black and grey handles for sewage. For city water, just screw in the hose! Soon we will offer "how-to" videos!
