1.0The battery was not charged and the co alarm went off in the middle of the night for 2 hours. We had to open it up to be sure nothing was wrong. It was cold that night. The awning didn’t work. The hot water would not heat. Without the battery power we had no lights or water pressure. We also found a pan in the cabinet that had food dried on it. We returned the camper a day earlier than we planned because of these issues.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Owner is flexible with pick up and drop off between the hours of 9 A.M. and 7 P.M. Please allow for at least 30 minutes to do a walk through.

How do I unhitch?
A.
-Get out blocks to put under jacks, don't lower them yet. -Put chocks under tires, before detaching tow vehicle. - Put down the front jack to lift the tongue, making sure the jack comes down in the center of the blocks. - Bring the tongue back to level, then keep going until the weight is off the jack and back on the tow vehicle. Then pull up the handle of the hitch. you are unhinging the ball-gripper part, making the hitch let go of the tow vehicle's ball. - Detach chains and brake control.
