Ruby is a brand-spanking-new 2023 Dutchman Coleman LT weighing 3,078 lbs. Sleeps 5 people very comfortably: Queen bed, twin bunk beds and a dinette conversion. This rig has all the essential features; sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dining table (Can be moved & used outside), 10 ft powered awning, 12V battery, propane tank, AC and an electric fireplace. There's also a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.Please do not use the awning if it's windy/heavy rain or if you will be away from the rig for long periods of time. Colorado weather can drastically change!This is our home away from home, so please treat it like your own! We also ask that you return our rig in the same condition and cleanliness you received it in. We have a $100 excessive cleaning fee, but we will only charge if the trailer is unreasonably dirty.Everything you need is ready to as soon as you hitch up! Ruby will be a perfect travel trailer for your ultimate road trip :) Please reach out if you have any questions. Hi friends, my names Mikayla! My family & I live in Colorado Springs and love all things in the mountains. Hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing & especially camping!! We are new to the travel trailer camping, but it's much easier with our two littles. We have two furbabies that love camping even more than we do. So far our favorite family trip was off the Green River in Utah!
