This bunkhouse model Jay Flight Baja Edition has a lift kit and all terrain tires giving it extra ground clearance, and narrower than most at 7 feet wide, allowing it go get down rougher roads and into dispersed camp spots. Sleeps 3-4. Full bath with tub/shower and toilet, couch, dinette that converts into Full XL bed (I currently have a large mattress on top of the dinette, this makes it more comfortable to sleep but hard to make into the dinette, if you want to use the dinette inside let me know and I can remove the mattress), one upper bunk bed, it currently is setup for storage on the bottom bunk. If you have a 4th small kid they can sleep on the couch. Awning usage allowed, microwave and air conditioner (only usable with power hook up or generator), 2 burner stove, fridge. Delivery not available, you may pick up in Eugene with per-approval of your tow rig, must have 7 pin connector, trailer brake controller preferred if traveling long distances, 2" receiver, and tow capacity of at least 5Klbs. Camp chairs, outdoor table, fully stocked kitchenware and propane provided. Bedding not included.
