Baby CAT is a 2024 Coachman Catalina, roomy for its size with enough space for comfortably sleeping up to 5!Do the kids like bunk beds? We have installed 2" foam toppers on the twin size bunks and full Queen east / west bed.The bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirror, and shelf with towel hooks.The kitchen has a deep sink, fridge, and two top gas stoves with microwave and we have stocked the cabinets with camping plates, bowls, silverware and coffee mugs. We also have a 2 slice toaster and Keurig for your breakfast.Bring your own linens, pillows, blankets, towels, paper products, sundries. We supply trash bags, TP, cleaning supplies, net pockets at the bunks for the kids, games and more.USB and 12v hookups allow Cpap machines and other needs. TV is mounted at the Queen bed and plenty of storage is above the bed for your clothing and other items.This unit also comes with Bluetooth control of the awning, multicolor LED awning lights, JBL sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Control everything from your phone while you sit by the fire.This is a 30 amp unit with all hookups provided. Camper levelers and jack stand pads are provided along with a drill for deployment of the leveling jacks.My wife and I both work in the RV industry and we are campers with our own travel trailer. We know what comfort means and we know the value of a great camping experience.We recommend that you ask us for delivery and setup to ensure a hassle free and risk free experience. Although very light at only 3083 lbs. dry weight, having us deliver and setup for a reasonable fee is one step you can take to avoid stress during your vacation.We will give you a thorough walk through on setup with instruction on all equipment and show you where everything is. An instruction book is available for you in the rig for anytime you have a question.Propane heat furnace is controlled by the thermostat and ceiling mounted air conditioning allows year round comfort.We can't promise you will have great weather but if you don't, the outside awning is adjustable for keeping things dry.You will have plenty of room in the fridge for your food and drinks. Plastic tumblers are provided as well as cooking pans and grilling utensils. Spices are provided but you will need your own cooking spray, oils, containers etc.In order to preserve the new condition of Baby CAT we do not allow rentals for concerts/music festivals/tailgates, hunting parties and no pets.Some exceptions may be made.*Please note- any violation of rules may result in loss of security deposit. Hello! My name is Jeff and my wife is Rose. We love the outdoors, camping, motorcycling and all activities related to the mountains and beach!We are lifelong Lancaster County, PA residents and there is so much to see here and through the State of Pennsylvania. We encourage you to reach out to us about our favorites.During 2020 we moved for 1 year to Myrtle Beach and purchased a Coachman Freedom Express 248 RBS and lived in that unit on the beach. We fell in love with the lifestyle and the area returning to Myrtle several times a year where my father has lived for 20+ years.Our camping experience and knowledge of RV's grew exponentially upon our return to Lancaster and Rose acquiring a career as a Quality Control Specialist at a local RV dealer where she walks the customer through their new RV to inspect and demonstrate all the features and functions.
