This is our family RV and we go camping several times a year. So it should have everything you need. Folding chairs, plates, table cloth, cloths line, etc. Just pick up, have safe fun, empty it out, clean it up and bring it home. If anything is broken or missing on return, please let us know. It happens, but of course there will be a fee to replace the item(s)There is a memory foam bed in the back, plus two convertible beds (table and sofa) that brings it to a total sleeping capacity of 6. This spring the A/C was recharged, and a tankless water heater installed … that’s right … no 5 min showers … that’s right … unlimited hot water while connected!Tires were replaced May 2018, breaks and jacks were serviced as well at that time. The speedometer cable is currently broken however, so we use a GPS for the speedometer. If you don’t mind giving me a lift back, I’ll deliver it for free within 15 miles of Columbus. It can be delivered farther away for an additional fee.Unfortunately we have allergies, so we can’t take pets of any kind or allow smoking. Also, it’s limited to local only trips, within ~ 150 miles of Columbus only.If you’d like, we can also include our portable washer and dryer. It doesn’t dry well (no portable unit does, we hang cloths after), but it's certainly handy if you’re camping for more than a few days.If you haven’t RV’d before, please let me know so I can talk you through set up and tear down.
