La Cacita is a brand new 2020 with a lot of bang for its buck! Featuring high ceilings, dual ACs, a large island counter with a farmhouse sink that has more than enough room for cooking counter space! Also, a double door refrigerator/freezer, a love seat that pulls out into a bed, 2 movie theater chairs and a booth dinette that converts into a bed. This area also presents a comfortable place to relax with a 50" TV and 40" multicolor electric fireplace to make you feel comfy and cozy incase the weather isn’t cooperating with your trip. La Cacita has its own bunk room that has drawn attention to renters. This room has another love seat that pulls out into a bed, a large wardrobe, more cabinets for storage, and a king size bunk house (like a loft) which is perfect for the kids to sleep. Enjoy the full-size sky lit shower while having the option to use the shower bench! Another special feature is the double vanity in the bathroom, allowing two people to get ready at the same time without getting in each other’s way. Lastly, the Master Bedroom has a queen size self-cooling customized mattress to warrant a good night's rest and the second AC to help cool the room. This camper has two large awnings that allows you to either stay in the shade or safeguard you from any rain showers if you decide to stay outside. Don't worry about any storage space as there's plenty under floor storage! You can enjoy music playing through the outdoor radio speakers or Bluetooth connection to your phone. Relaxing, comfortable, and spacious, La Cacita offers a sense of stability and sanctuary while you’re enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. Fresh bed linen, kitchen pots and a pan, cooking utensils, coffee pot, 2 camping chairs, 2 small full propane tank for the pit boss skillet, 2 folding tables, 1 rug for outside, 1 outdoor trash can, 1 large cooler, plastic Silverware, plastic cups, paper plates, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and trash bags. We can discuss anything else we might have missed, but our purpose is to allow you to not worry about what you need. Just stop at the store to buy your food for the trip!RecomendacionesEnjoy the outdoors as much as you can! Bring bikes, go on walks, enjoy the fresh air with friends, families and pets, with a must have nightly campfires! We go all over the place, but our favorite place in Missouri so far has been the Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park in Monroe City where they have a ton of stuff for kids and adults. Our favorite park that's just outside Missouri will have to be the Four Corners Resort and Marina located in Antioch Nashville TN, which is newer and gives a perfect beach feel getaway!
Lastly, If you will be hooking up to electric; it needs to be a 50 amp hookup!

You will need to bring your soaps/shampoo, and comforters/pillows. Utilize the electric water heater instead of the propane unless specifically need to use propane for the water heater. If it's not being hooked up to 50 amp service, you must rent out my generator which will be an additional add-on that we can discuss. Lastly, there will always be a pre/post inspections that the renter will sign. Message me for any questions or concerns!
