Jose and his wife were friendly and generous with mileage and generator use. He provided detailed RV function walkthroughs, made pickup/drop-off easy, and responded immediately to questions.

5.0This was our first time renting an RV, so we were a little cautious in seeking out the right RV. I did lots of research and had trouble finding what we wanted in Houston, so I started looking in Dallas, since we were going that way. All of that work paid off in that we absolutely got a great RV and a very fair deal on it. Jose and his wife are both the nicest people and so helpful. They are generous on mileage and the generator use for the RV, which I had trouble finding. Most others had ridiculious low milage included. Pickup / drop off was easy. Jose went through all of the functions of the RV so we knew exactly how to operate everything. We did reach out one time with a question while we were gone and he responded immediately with the info we needed. Driving the RV was easy and we never felt any hesitation in the way it drives. It is obviously well maintained. It took the hills of Northern Arizona / Southern Utah without a problem. We had a great trip and we would absolutely rent from Jose and his wife again!
