We require a $1,500 damage deposit . Please empty the gray and black tanks prior to returning the motorhome. If the tanks are not emptied there will be a $50 charge. You are responsible for cleaning the interior of the motorhome. If the motorhome is returned with a dirty interior there will be a $200 charge. RV will be given to renter with a full tank of gas. Please return with full tank or the security deposit will be charged the amount it cost to fill the tank plus a $50 fee. The RV kitchen is equipped with dishes, bowls, cups, cooking & eating utensils, pots & pans, a single cup Keurig coffee machine, broom, & some basic cleaning supplies, all included at no extra cost. The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper. We do NOT allow smoking. Smoking in the motorhome will forfeit the full security deposit. Please return the motorhome clean and unharmed so our family can continue to enjoy it too! Thank you.
