Easy to tow - Or we can deliver & set up. We also have a camper pad on our property that you may use for an additional fee.If you would like, we deliver, set up, fill up the propane, & empty the waste tanks. All you have to do is show up and enjoy! We deliver to Durango, Monticello, & Farmington. We do not deliver to Morefield campground, Ouray, or Silverton. We DO NOT allow pets.

* Vehicle that can tow a minimum of 3500 lbs with 465 lb hitch wt
* 2" receiver hitch
* 7 pin connector (a 4 pin converted to 7 will not work)
* Trailer brake controller
We will provide a hitch and sway bar.

There is a queen bed in front. The U-shaped dinette makes into a bed that will sleep one adult or 2 children. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, electric coffee pot, etc. Bedding, pillows, and towels provided upon request only. We provide an outdoor rug and 4 camping chairs for your use.

The ideal camp setting would be a campsite with full hook-ups (water, sewer, and 30-amp electric). The solar panel will keep the battery charged to run the lights, fridge, and heater. You must be plugged into power or rent the generator to be able to use the outlets, microwave, and air conditioner.

Renting with Tabitha was an absolute dream! She was an excellent communicator and the camper was exactly as pictured and well equipped. It was our first time renting and surely won't be our last. Delivery was right on time and she did a great job showing us around the unit and explaining everything to us. Highly recommended!

Tabitha is the best. This was the first time we rented and towed an RV. Her rental was clean and well equipped. She was quick to respond when I had any (many) questions and even mailed me my kindle that got lost between the wall and the mattress!
