Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than court. We understand that RVs get dirty out on the road. Returning an RV with a normal amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered in dirt, trash, food, wine stains, etc., and you as Renter, do not clean the RV prior to returning it, there will be an additional cleaning fee. 4. Damage Fees. The renter acknowledges that any damages done that are not covered by the damage deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. Any interior or exterior damage, accidents, insurance deductibles that are not covered by the damaged deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event that the trailer is in an accident of any sort of private or public property or any private or public road, the renter acknowledges that the entire insurance deductible will also be charged to credit card on file. Any damage that occurs to the travel trailer, the deposit will be held until there is an estimated damage cost made to the travel trailer. If the damage exceeds the $500, the renter is liable for the full cost per day the travel trailer is out of commission. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time, at the sole discretion of the TAMRES RV RENTAL, with or without notice to you. Occupancy SINGLE FAMILY ONLY no large groups, no multifamily. Maximum occupancy is 7 people. 4 adults max. Anything exceeding 7 people needs to be approved by TAMRES RV RENTALS. Exceeding the occupancy rate will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Subletting is not permitted.. We recommend full hook ups, 30/50 amps.
