By reading this contract you are agreeing to all the terms contained herein. Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than court.
If you do not fully agree to the terms of this Agreement and any other terms and conditions , you are not authorized to access or otherwise use trailer. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time, at the sole discretion of the TAMRES RV RENTAL, with or without notice to you. Any modification to this Agreement will take effect immediately.
1.Rental services are further limited to those persons who are twenty-five (30) years of age and older in accordance with state and federal laws. With a current valid driver's license. Any access or use of the Services by anyone under those age restrictions is expressly prohibited. By agreeing to this contract or utilizing the Services, you warrant you are the requisite minimum age, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by this Agreement.
Users agree that they are responsible for, and agree to abide by, all laws, rules and regulations applicable to their use of the camper.
1.Rental Rate. $200 Mon-Thu, $250 Fri- Sun with a 2 night minimum on your reserved campsite. Rental Rate is subject to tax. Price of rental includes delivery, set up, and pick up. Credit cards used for payment must have the same name as renters.
2. Occupancy. SINGLE FAMILY ONLY , no large groups, no multifamily. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. 4 adults max. Anything exceeding 6 people needs to be approved by TAMRES RV RENTALS. Exceeding the occupancy rate will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Subletting is not permitted.
3. Inventory items. The trailer is stocked with kitchen cookware, eating / drinking utensils. Coffee machine, 2 slice toaster, Bedliners, toiletries, Outdoor carpet, indoor sweeper, outdoor sweeper. Loss of any item will cost $15 plus the cost to replace the item.
4. Appliances. The trailer is equipped with AC/heating, 4 color TV;s, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, stove, oven, and water heater. ( we suggest turning the water heater off when not in use. The switch is located directly across the entrance).
3. Cleaning Fee is $85. We understand that RVs get dirty out on the road. Returning an RV with a normal amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered in dirt, trash, food, wine stains, etc., and you as Renter, do not clean the RV prior to returning it, there will be an additional cleaning fee.
4. Damage Fees. The renter acknowledges that any damages done that are not covered by the damage deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. Any interior or exterior damage, accidents, insurance deductibles that are not covered by the damaged deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event that the trailer is in an accident of any sort of private or public property or any private or public road, the renter acknowledges that the entire insurance deductible will also be charged to credit card on file. Any damage that occurs to the travel trailer, the deposit will be held until there is an estimated damage cost made to the travel trailer. If the damage exceeds the $500, the renter is liable for the full cost per day the travel trailer is out of commission.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IN THE TRAILER. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
5.Cancellation Policies; Refunds.
TAMRES RV RENTALS offers various levels of cancellation policies.
Standard: Renter is entitled to a full refund of monies paid, for all cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the rental start date. If Renter cancels between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days prior to the rental start date, the Renter is only entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of all monies paid, If a cancellation is made within the fourteen (14)-day window immediately prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable
Renter will be required to agree to the cancellation policy.
In order to receive any type of refund, cancellations must be made by 11:59pm PST on the day set forth in the applicable cancellation policy.
By signing this rental agreement you agree to abide by all the terms listed above.

The rig was absolutely amazing. And the host was great too! I will say that I wish I would have brought a foam mattress topper only for my comfort on the bed. I’m 5 months pregnant so it was a little uncomfortable. Other then that everything was great!
