We have spent a long time looking for the perfect motor home for our family. This Pace Arrow 36D is beautiful and contains some unique features not found in other coaches. This unit has a 28' full slide out on the left all the way to the back making the unit giving it a very large interior space. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms with stainless sinks, convection oven/microwave, satellite TV and a full size refrigerator.No pets and no smoking in the RV.We prefer a renter who has a basic rv knowledge/experience and who preferably have driven large vehicles such as this. We also shy away from renters looking to travel large distances unless it is for an extended period of time.There is a lot to remember and please allocate at least 45 mins to an hour for operational orientation/walkthrough and paper signing.It will come stocked with toiletries, pots/pans, cups, plates, and silverware. Linens are extra if needed. We also have chairs, a collapsible table and a small portable bbq grill as well in the side compartments if you are camping. Also have an extra TV to connect outside.We also will supply basic emergency gear for the unexpected. First aid kit, flashlight, 180 piece toolkit, road cones and walkie talkies
