It sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 full queen beds and fold out couches that create another queen size sleeping area. At just under 6k lbs dry a half ton truck can do the job. Communication is key. We understand that things happen on trips, things have happened to us. This information is just that; information just in case. Communicate any issues, no matter how trivial, to avoid any addition costs to your trip. This is our personal rig and we want you to be able to enjoy it as much as we do. We would hope that you treat it like it's your own. If you do, these things will never come up.
1) Because of the delicate nature of awnings, and the high cost of repair or replacement, we ask that you do not use the awning. We supply, free of charge, up to two easy ups to compensate. If damaged, or missing, replacement cost of the easy ups is $55 each. Any awning damage found will be subject to repair or replacement cost to be determined by RV repair shop and full deposit held.
2) No firewood in the trailer, please. Besides being difficult to secure in the trailer, firewood has a tendancy to leave behind living friends, and leave an even bigger mess. If there is any indication that firewood was stored inside the trailer, there will be an additional $75 cleaning and fumigation fee.
3) Director Chair replacement cost for damaged or missing chairs is $65 per chair
4) Please use Super Unleaded (92+ Octane) ONLY in the portable generator and in the gas station, if using. Anything less causes the equipement to run poorly, Replacement cost of portable generator is $1,200.00. Replacement cost for onboard generator is $5,000.00 plus installation. We service these regularly and appreciate your help in maintaining them while you have possession of the trailer.
5) We supply waterproof mattress cover, bottom sheet, top sheet and pillow cases for bedding. Due to COVID, we currently do not supply pillows or blankets. Damaged or missing mattress cover replacement cost is $50. Damaged or missing sheet set (any 1 piece) replacement cost $40
6) Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the trailer. This is to maintain the clean nature of our traile

We are a blended family of dirt bike riders. We have 6 kids ranging from 30 years old to 13 years old. Joe is an HVAC Journeyman. Angel works for Lifetouch National School Studios. We have been OHVing for 7-8 years now and look forward to adding water toys down the line. We love pets. We have 2 medium sized dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, a snake and a bird that rules them all.
