*** Inquire about a Free Loading Night ***Our Eclipse Attitude is a brand new trailer. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 full queen beds and fold out couches that create another queen size sleeping area. At just under 6k lbs dry a half ton truck can do the job. With a 100 gallon fresh water tank and 30 gallon black and grey water tanks you can easily go 4-5 days without hookups or dumping.We love pets! We don't leave ours behind so we don't expect you to. We ask to keep larger dogs off of the beds and couches. If you have smaller animals, please cover the couches to protect from scratches and tears.Please be sure you have the 7-pin adapter for the light system for the trailer. Also, while not required, we highly recommend having break assistance. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.Please let us know honestly if you have experience towing. If you don't we have some very important tips for you.
Qué incluyeWhile we continue to add amenities to make your trip more fun and less work, the only thing you should need to bring are blankets and pillows. We supply dishware for 8, plus most of the kitchen utensils you'll need to cook your favorite family meals. We even include a 5 cup coffee pot. We also provide camper toilet paper. Please be sure to only use this in the toilet.For outside relaxation, we have for you 4 director type chairs, outdoor table and large outdoor mat. There are two propane tanks (filled for your convenience) but one should last at least a week. We have added a roll up floor cover for the garage area to help protect it from any toys you may bring along.While the awning is unavailable, we do provide up to two easy up canopys for your convenience.For those of you hauling dirt bikes and/or ATV's we have Bolt It On tie down system for quick, easy and safe loading and unloading of your toys.RecomendacionesWe are a dirt bike riding family so a couple of our go to's are El Mirage Lake Bed and Bell Mountain. We also like to camp. We love the Kern River and Big Bear. We recently camped in Lake Tahoe and that was a wonderful trip. Otros detalles importantesPick up time is as early as 10am. Drop off time is 3pm. We like you to be back during day light hours however we do understand things come up. Let us know your situation and we can adjust if necessary.There is a 60 - 90 minute orientation on the day of pick up to explain all the workings of the trailer and the hook up procedures.Cleaning fees are always a question. We are very COVID conscious so therefore before each rental, we do a thorough clean, pulling everything out, washing everything down, cleaning linens provided. We also do a throrough clean and flush of the black tank upon return whether you empty it or not. We do these things to insure you are getting a clean and sanitized vehicle for your trip.

We are a blended family of dirt bike riders. We have 6 kids ranging from 30 years old to 13 years old. Joe is an HVAC Journeyman. Angel works for Lifetouch National School Studios. We have been OHVing for 7-8 years now and look forward to adding water toys down the line. We love pets. We have 2 medium sized dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, a snake and a bird that rules them all.

Communication is key. We understand that things happen on trips, things have happened to us. This information is just that; information just in case. Communicate any issues, no matter how trivial, to avoid any addition costs to your trip. This is our personal rig and we want you to be able to enjoy it as much as we do. We would hope that you treat it like it's your own. If you do, these things will never come up.1) Because of the delicate nature of awnings, and the high cost of repair or replacement, we ask that you do not use the awning. We supply, free of charge, up to two easy ups to compensate. If damaged, or missing, replacement cost of the easy ups is $55 each. Any awning damage found will be subject to repair or replacement cost to be determined by RV repair shop and full deposit held.
2) No firewood in the trailer, please. Besides being difficult to secure in the trailer, firewood has a tendancy to leave behind living friends, and leave an even bigger mess. If there is any indication that firewood was stored inside the trailer, there will be an additional $75 cleaning and fumigation fee.
3) Director Chair replacement cost for damaged or missing chairs is $65 per chair
4) Please use Super Unleaded (92+ Octane) ONLY in the portable generator and in the gas station, if using. Anything less causes the equipement to run poorly, Replacement cost of portable generator is $1,200.00. Replacement cost for onboard generator is $5,000.00 plus installation. We service these regularly and appreciate your help in maintaining them while you have possession of the trailer.
5) We supply waterproof mattress cover, bottom sheet, top sheet and pillow cases for bedding. Due to COVID, we currently do not supply pillows or blankets. Damaged or missing mattress cover replacement cost is $50. Damaged or missing sheet set (any 1 piece) replacement cost $40
6) Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the trailer. This is to maintain the clean nature of our trailer. If evidence of smoking in the trailer is found, there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee.
7) Unless otherwise arranged during booking or pickup, return time on day of return is 4pm. Late fee will be $20 per hour up to 5 hours. After 5 hours, it will be the nightly fee of $129.00. Again, communication is key here. We understand traffic issues and such, but understand that we have set aside time to recieve it, inspect it, clean it, then return it to parking storage.
8) You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds, even if the notice arrives after booking has closed. Again, communication is key.
9) If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert us immediately. We provide both our cell numbers at pickup and are available the duration of your trip. Please do not attempt repair unless speaking with us first.
10) Please be sure all windows and vents are closed when moving the trailer, even if only a short distance. Dust accumulates faster if moving the trailer with windows and vents open, and gets into the tiniest of places. If there is excessive amounts of road or dune dust, there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee.
11) Please be sure all doors are closed and secured when moving the trailer. This include closet, medicine cabinet, shower, kitchen cabinets, refridgerator bedroom, bathroom and entry doors. Cost for repair of damage caused by any of these being left open while trailer is moving to be determined by RV repair shop and full deposit held.
12) Please do not lean anything up against the trailer while it is parked. This includes bicycles, dirtbikes, chairs, gear, or anything that can rub against the walls of the trailer. While it seems a bit trivial, people walking in the trailer causes the trailer to move, and therefore, heavier bikes and such to rub and cause deep scratches in the paint and window frames. Any scratches, dings, and such not noted in the departure form and found upon return will be subject to repair costs to be determined by RV shop, and full deposit held.
