All the electrical started to stop working on day 3 of our 7 day trip. I would have to fire the RV up and let it run for 30 - 45 mins to recharge the batteries and I was told that was normal. Then when it came time to go home, the generator would not start up leaving a family of 6 to sweat for 12 hour drive. When I asked for help they said they were real sorry.... then we get home to find out a hub cap some how fell off. How I could be responsible for a hub cap cover falling off is beyond me! But this RV's failure to operate as it should brought what should of been a wonderful vacation to a horrible and miserable ending!

Bertha was awesome! We had the best weekend renting this rv and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of it. The owners were very helpful during pick up and drop them off and when we realized we left some stuff they were very timely with setting up a time to get our tools we left. We will definitely rent it again!
