- Bedding is Only provided for the bunk room beds and the main bedroom queen. If you plan to use the living room fold-down couch or the table bed, the renter must provide sheets, a comforter, and pillows.Bathrooms:
- Contains 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a stand-up shower with a skylight, storage cabinets above the toilet and a medicine cabinet behind the mirror.

- Weighing around 9,000 pounds, this trailer must be pulled by a ¾ ton or larger truck with a trailer brake controller. A brake controller is Mandatory when pulling this trailer.
- No boondocking, tailgating, trail rides, or beach camping
- No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will forfeit your security deposit.
- No crawling on the roof unless given permission by the owner
- The cost of any damaged or missing items will be deduced from the security deposit
- Cleaning - The camper is to be returned, swept, mopped, and toilets/surfaces cleaned with the provided cleaner. The -
- Cleaning fee is to disinfect surfaces and launder the linens between each use.

Jason offers responsive communication, with seamless delivery and proactive setup, like pre-cooling the camper. However, one booking was cancelled by the host 5 days prior.
