4.0Communication was great before booking and during the first part of the trip, she communicated. Last part of the trip, there was no communication. Trailer was dirty when I picked it up, license plate has expired tags. Faucet in the restroom was cracked when I picked it up. Overall okay with rental for what I needed it for.
