Overall, we had a great experience. Eddie was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the rental process. The RV was exactly what we were looking for and worked well for our trip. The only downside was the cleanliness. I’m a bit of a clean freak, and while it wasn’t dirty enough to ruin the trip, it could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning. We noticed cobwebs and built-up grime in a few areas. There are also a few maintenance items that could use attention, such as peeling laminate, broken plastic trims, finicky fridge door, etc.. Overall, I’d still recommend renting from Eddie. He was a great host!

Excellent! The RV was great, everything worked perfectly. Eddie's service was excellent, always very helpful. Everything worked exactly as we had agreed! Highly recommended!

The bad- the motorhome had a check engine light that came on while driving through the mountains. It put the RV into “limp home mode” which left us traveling at 30 mph on a one lane highway with no shoulder. In the middle of nowhere. It added significant time to the trip impacting our entire trip. The good: When I reached out to Eddie about the issue he responded promptly. He was able to tell that it was a fuel sensor error and said it was due to the high altitude and pretty expected. I have spoken to multiple people who disagree, especially for a 2022. Even if it is “expected” for this vehicle that should be disclosed in advance. The bottom of the RV was covered in sand when we did the initial walk through (and I later discovered that the wiper blades were needing to be replaced some time ago). It’s possible that more thorough cleaning and maintenance would have prevented this type of issue.

I’ll definitely be going straight to Eddie next time. He was very reliable and responsive. He runs a legitimate operation and treats his business and customers professionally. He set us up for success and took plenty of time to walk through the RV prior to the trip and to ensure I knew exactly what was what and felt comfortable driving and taking care of the RV. The RV worked perfectly and I’m now interested in renting some of the other RVs Eddie has.
