Will was an incredibly helpful host from picking us from the airport to suggesting several different things to do and places to camp. We did the full road to Hana loop and made it Haleakala and the 4x4 Hiace handled it all like a champ. The buildout is top notch too and Will made sure to include everything you might need for the trip. We were also super impressed by how fuel efficient this things is and felt confident driving around nearly the entirely island. All in all, 5 stars and would give more if I could. Next time we’re on Maui we’re definitely going to be hitting Will up.

We explored Maui in the Hiace and it was perfect. The van is capable of going anywhere, has more power than a Westy, and is smaller and easier to get around in than the bigger vans. The layout of the van made camping more like glamping. There is no space wasted in this rig, and while its footprint on the road is small, it feels spacious to live in. Will considered all the details outfitting this rig from cooking and bathing, to lighting and privacy shades. All the gear was simple, fresh, convenient, and necessary. The only thing we were missing were our surf and paddle boards, which we rented in Lahaina. Will had a padded roof rack and straps for the boards making the rental process swift. We would rent this again, and again!

This van is a head turner, super well equipped, clean as a whistle and Will was a wonderful host! The right hand steering was a non issue—interesting for sure but no prob. I will love to rent it again!
