Towing is not offered with this unit.Camper includes a private RV king size bed, twin size folding cot w/pad and reclining sofa (Great for the kids). There is a bar top dining area with huge windows to take in all of the views, folding table for games and activities for the sofa, heated fireplace that can be available in the living space and the bedroom, and a massive open concept great room and kitchen just like a large 5th wheel layout. Don't worry about towing, setup or breakdown yourself. We will setup & breakdown everything for you and you can sit back and watch us back up the trailer. We provide as many amenities as possible that can fit in our camper. 5.0We had the BEST experience as first time RVers! The RV is well stocked, bed very comfortable, and they even had extras like bug spray provided, which I really appreciate! RV is immaculately clean and the layout is perfect for a small family! Big windows allowed for beautiful views and wide open feel during the day and then nice pull down shades provided snug, private feel at night. Love that they appreciate pet owners and the little fence they provided was perfect for our pup! Communication was quick and easy. Bary and Athena are excellent hosts and we are definitely planning to book with them again in the future! This one is a real gem..book your trip with them with confidence!

5.0This was our first time renting a RV and it was quite fun! Spent time exploring the Smoky Mountains with some long time friends and being able to stay overnight nearby with them made it even more memorable.

5.0Due to circumstances that were beyond our control, we booked with Bary and Athena very last minute. These two really know how to roll out the red carpet! Bary even delivered it outside of his regular delivery zone. Communication between our hosts was top notch! We communicated multiple times a day leading up to our trip. The camper ready and stocked with so many goodies, from cleaning supplies to meal starters to personal care items, and more. They have paid attention to the details in the careful planning and furnishing of the kitchen. They truly anticipate what campers want and need. One thing about the camper that I absolutely loved was that it had a large closet that was used for a proper pantry. This is a luxury to any camper owner (or renter, in my case)! I was pleasantly surprised at the layout of this camper. It is different than any other that I have ever seen. It doesn't have the traditional dining seating. Instead, it has a huge counter and barstools. This layout offers a wealth of space that is surrounded by a panoramic view of windows. Mornings in the kitchen were my favorite! My tall 12 year old slept soundly on the provided cot each night. Although we did not use it for this trip, there is a swinging door with a fireplace and tv that pivots so that cozy nights could be spent in bed. (Cue Christmas in the Smokies Hallmark classic!) I cannot recommend Bary and Athena's Wildwood enough! The camper itself is immaculate, but their hospitality is the cherry on top!

Do you allow the use of the awning?
A.
Yes we do, but there are very specific rules that our guests must follow. AWNING USE: ONLY in calm sunny weather. CANNOT be used during any wind or rain. Must be closed when leaving the campsite and overnight. DAMAGE will result in loss of your entire security deposit. ($1000)

Do we need a campsite with full hookups? (electric, water, sewer)

For any stay longer than 3 nights, we do require your campsite have full hookups. However, we do offer a 21-gallon waste tank rental, if you choose this option it is the renter's responsibility to empty the tank as needed.

Can I tow your Travel Trailer?
A.
We do not offer towing of our travel trailer. We do offer our camper like a portable Airbnb, where we deliver to your campsite, do all of the setup to help make your stay great, and we breakdown on your checkout day.

Will you offer a 1 night minimum stay?

Yes we will consider a 1 night stay, although the campsite must be within a few minutes of our home base and our nightly rate will be higher.
