Communicative and Provides Thorough Prep

Elizabeth is highly responsive and provides comprehensive walkthroughs, often allowing guests to store cars. One instance noted van wasn't ready, requiring guest intervention for wipers/water and being dirty upon pickup.

Drives Easily with Many Amenities

The van is generally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen, shower, and beds, suitable for families. It's described as easy to drive and park. One guest reported it dirty, with broken ladder rung, grey water handle, and being unready at pickup.

We had a great experience renting Elizabeth’s camper van over Labor Day weekend. The van was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and everything worked as expected. Elizabeth was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and she took the time to make sure we understood everything before heading out. The van worked perfectly for our trip and we had a fantastic weekend. I would definitely rent from Elizabeth again and highly recommend her and the van to anyone looking for a great camper van experience.

The van was ok. When picking up the van I wasn't greeted by the host and then I was asked to install new windshield wipers on the van by the host. Then I helped top off the fresh water and the van was dirty. The tablet that was used to run the lights of the van wasn't fully charged, essentially the van wasn't ready. The door to the grey water release hose was taped shut. It took a hour to pick it up, and with past rentals it has only taken about 20-30 minutes. Other than traveling to our destination, I prepared one meal it and we slept in it for two nights. The ladder to access the upper bunk had a broken rung and when I released the grey water, the handle broke. So, a let down from what I have rented at Outdoorsy before and certainly not a luxury vehicle.

Hi, My wife and I (Elizabeth & Perry) decided to get an RV to enjoy the great outdoors. We thought it would be fun to explore Yosemite, Joshua Tree, and some of the beautiful coastal scenes in California and Oregon. For the times we aren't using the camper van, we thought we'd share it with all of you. We are all busy business entrepreneur folks and like to get out and enjoy the great outdoors whenever we get a chance. We're just getting started, so no favorite trips yet, but stay tuned. We can't wait to share our journeys with you.
