Beautiful family-friendly, half-ton towable, bunkhouse travel trailer! Easily sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Cozy camper includes outdoor kitchen, lightly stocked indoor kitchen, Bluetooth radio with speakers inside & outside, tv, & power awning with LED lights! Customize your rental with a variety of additional add-ons to fit your personal needs and be at ease knowing all the comforts of home are ready for your family vacation!*Notes:
*Delivery available with pre approval Only. Please send me a message to discuss due to limited availability.*Water tanks come empty. Be sure to make a plan to fill RV no more than 30 miles from destination if planning to use water.*Your tow vehicle must have an electric brake controller*Security Deposit: $500. If you return the trailer in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund your entire security deposit. Cost of damaged or missing items will be deducted from security deposit. Renters are also responsible for cleaning the unit prior to return. This includes sweeping, wiping surfaces and spills, and washing dishes. Returning the unit in unclean condition is subject to cleaning fees of up to 500$ depending on condition.*Complete forfeit of deposit will occur if there is ANY evidence of Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping is allowed inside RV*If holding tanks are not empty upon return, we will withhold $200 from your security deposit.* We allow pets, but require approval first. Please no pets on beds or furniture as they can tear.*We are festival friendly but require notification if that’s where you will be taking the unit. Also the Festival Fee add on must be selected.
