What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Would be willing to meet at a different location than our house depending on when and were you want to meet. Would prefer to meet after 3:45 during the week do to working till 3:30.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
There isn't any special tricks because this is a really simple camper. There are no slide outs to worry about. Can easily be set up and leveled in 30 minutes.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electrical is easily set up with a single 30 amp plug. Water can be hooked up with the provided hoses or can be dumped in and then pumped out with the on board water pump. Sewer connection is a single hose with a 90 degree to dump into the pit
