Located in San Diego CA, our fleet is stored at the KOA in Chula Vista storage facilities (we do NOT have a walk-in location here or nowhere else). We have been in business since 2017 and a have a fleet of 5 motorhomes, and 4 travel trailers. Feel free to find our business name on the major advertising browsers or reviews apps for you to learn from other customers about their experience from renting from us.This very large one-of-a-kind travel trailer has a total length of 37, it has three slide outs (one at the main living area, and two at the opposite side in the rear bedroom).Your Campsite Must:• Accommodate a minimum of 37’ long trailer with slide outs at both the trailer’s sides
• That the utilities/hookups (sewer, water, and electricity) are located at the campsite’s Right side if you are standing on the road and looking into the site. This means that the Trailer’S hookups are on its driver side.
• 30A electric plug inIf your site is a pull through, it doesn’t matter where the hookups are located since we can come in at either direction to make it work. If the hookups are in the wrong side of the campsite, we do NOT have the equipment to flip the trailer around.Floor-Plan:• Front sofa becomes an RV short Queen bed at night, it has a memory foam topper mattress. Walkway all around for easy access and convenience. His/her wardrobe w/night table each. Doesn’t have an actual door but it has a privacy curtain. The bathroom door can be closed against the gallery wall to have privacy from the bunks area or restroom.• U-shape dinette located within the slide out becomes a short full-size/double bed.• Rear bedroom has 2 single narrow top bunk beds, and the bottom has 4 sleeping pads that can be set up as 2 queen beds or 4 individual bedsWhat IS Included Inside/Outside THE Trailer:• Toilet paper, sewer tanks treatment pods
• Cleaning supplies, broom, dustpan, mop, and trash bags
• Restroom, and kitchen trash cans
• Needed equipment to connect to the site’s electricity (30A), water, and sewer

Your truck must have a towing capacity of at least 10,000 lbs, Hard Wired brake controller, 7-Prung connector, tires load index to be such that it will safely carry the weight of your truck, passengers, personal supplies, loaded trailer weight with full tanks, etc. Tires thread above 50%, brakes life above 50%, and your personal vehicle insurance does provide extended coverage to a rented recreational vehicle while is being towed by your personal vehicle.Look forward to hearing from you and help you have an awesome camping experience.

Thank you for wanting to learn more about us. We are a small family owned and operated business located in San Diego CA. Our business name is "RV Camping Rental", and our fleet is stored in Chula Vista. Unless we are delivering the rented recreational vehicle to your favorite local RV Resort, you will need to pick up and return it at the storage facility.
We have class A and class C motorhomes measuring between 27' to 34' in length, no worries you don't need a special driver license to drive any of our motorhomes. We also have travel trailers measuring between 26' to 40' in length.
We offer for your convenience delivery, set up, and pick up to your local RV Resort, residence or event. Please let us know the exact address where you would need it delivered and we will give you the correct delivery fee. Keep in mind that those stationary reservations will have a lower refundable damages deposit.
We are flexible with the pick up and return time depending on our availability.
Dogs are welcomed on most of our units, but you need to pay the "Dog removal fee" -no exceptions-
