***40’ trailer with 36’ living space, center island, king bed. Washer/drier for up to 4 guests***This is the perfect trailer for a couple, and (2) more small adults or children in the sofa at the rear that would really like to enjoy comfort and a large space.Your campsite will need to be either a pull through or enough a space to back it in, the hookups for sewer, water and electricity are on the trailer’s itself driver side. Make sure your campsite on the right location because we do NOT have equipment to “flip it around”.It has three (3) slide outs, a center island in the kitchen that will really make your cooking experience very nice and roomy, a large King size bed, and also a washer and drier on board!!! Wow!! You will be able to wash your towels and dry them right there without leaving the campsite and run the risk to run out of towels. You know….kids go through towels like crazy!Did I mention the nice fireplace under the TV in the living room?We welcome your dogs as long as they are never left unattended or allowed on top of the sofas or bed. Please pay for the dog cleaning fee.You don’t have to worry about towing this large and heavy trailer because we can deliver it to your favorite local RV resort in San Diego or event.If you prefer to tow it, you will need a truck with a minimum towing capacity of 12,000 lbs, wired brake controller and be Very experienced.The trailer will need to be returned in the same clean condition as provided in and out; the kitchen comes empty and no linens or towels are provided, but we can provide these items for you for an additional fee. At this time we are not providing pillows due to Covid.Feel free to ask any questions, and send us a message or book your reservation. Thank you for wanting to learn more about us. We are a small family owned and operated business located in San Diego CA. Our business name is "RV Camping Rental", and our fleet is stored in Chula Vista. Unless we are delivering the rented recreational vehicle to your favorite local RV Resort, you will need to pick up and return it at the storage facility.
We have class A and class C motorhomes measuring between 27' to 34' in length, no worries you don't need a special driver license to drive any of our motorhomes. We also have travel trailers measuring between 26' to 40' in length.
We offer for your convenience delivery, set up, and pick up to your local RV Resort, residence or event. Please let us know the exact address where you would need it delivered and we will give you the correct delivery fee. Keep in mind that those stationary reservations will have a lower refundable damages deposit.
We are flexible with the pick up and return time depending on our availability.
Dogs are welcomed on most of our units, but you need to pay the "Dog removal fee" -no exceptions-
