The bunk room has additional storage and TV.Two hideaway beds are available on the pull-out couch and the dinette in the living area, offers additional sleeping room.The camper has two separate AC units one is located in the front bedroom and the second one is the kitchen/ living area.Power slide offers a spacious living room space to cook and enjoy the TV in the living area. The fully ready to cook in kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner gas stove and gas oven. It also has an electric microwave and added small kitchen appliances including coffee machine, coffee pot, crock pot, panini press and electric griddle. For your convenience it is stocked with pot and pans, plates cups mugs cutting board, bowls, cutlery knifes and other small kitchen essentials.The dinette is large and has storage underneath.The bathroom features a toilet, sink and generous size shower, with additional storage above the toilet.Fresh water holding tank with 62 gallons, grey tank with 68 gallons and black water tank with 39 gallons.The exterior of the camper has an outdoor kitchen with two burner gas stove and a small fridge. There is an outdoor shower connection at the back of the camper. We provide four adult-sized camping chairs, an outdoor carpet, thermal cell lamp, two box fans and a 4ft folding table. Rules of the Road! Please read in its entirety!
-This travel trailer has a GPS tracker installed on board as required by our insurance provider.
-Awning use is strictly prohibited; due to the current delay in RV parts to to make repairs if needed we are not allowing the use of the awnings in any of our campers at this time. We have provided a 10x10 pop up tent for shade.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-You are responsible for any ticket, tolls. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and the security deposit has been released.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the camper, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or ins

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are flexible with pick up and drop off times. We just ask for communication so we can ensure not to impact other rentals due to late returns or early pick ups. You are welcome to message us with any specifics.
