All I'm gonna say is please make sure that you examine every inch
Before taking in to your possession Including retracting the awning. Push every button especially the shower that you can and make sure that they are working correctly. Because if something happens while it is in your possession, the host will file a claim against you and keep your deposit regardless if it was your fault or not. He is very unreasonable and very unfair And has falsely accused of Damaging the awning arm When there was no way to extend it prior to departure because the R VS are parked so close to each other. . This was the first time we had ever rented an. I hope this helps someone else who's in the same boat as beginners And make sure everything's taken care of and checked out first prior to departure A lesson learned for us.

We’re sorry that your trip didn’t go as planned. We did notice that the reason you didn’t have hot water is because you didn’t turn on the propane. It worked fine once we turned it on and checked it. Unfortunately we do have to file claims on damages. The awning wasn’t damaged when it went out, but was damaged when it returned.
