Winnebago equipped with a full bed in the back, queen bed above the cabin, and a table that drops down into a twin bed. Kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of storage. Bathroom, shower, and sink. Air conditioning and heat. Heat and fridge can run off propane. Two seats up front for driving. Premium sound system installed. The kitchen is equipped with silverware, plates, cups, coffee mugs, salt/pepper, and coffee. Bathroom will have hand soap and toilet paper. Sheets and pillows for three beds will be provided. RV storage will have hose, grill, charcoal, jacks, extensions cords and 6 chairs. RV must be picked up from our home.You will begin your rental with a clean RV inside and out, with a full fuel tank, propane tank, potable water tank (unless requested otherwise), empty grey and black water tanks. We expect the RV brought back clean to prevent any additional charges. This is a "No Smoking" vehicle. Smoking in the vehicle will result in an additional cleaning fee.Laundering of sheets and towels is included in the base price (i.e., we will do that). We will take care of exterior washing.Winnebago must be returned with gas tank no less than 1/2 of the way full. If Winnebago is returned late, late charges of $300/day will incur. All renters must have Roadside Assistance either through Outdoorsy or outside provider. Proof of this will be requested prior to booking confirmation.Let the adventure begin!
