Inside you'll find enough sleeping space for up to 6 people with a dedicated queen, a large dinette that folds down, and a set of twin bunks in the back. The bathroom is larger than most small trailer bathrooms and has a toilet and a shower with skylight. The kitchen area has drawers, a small refrigerator, a large kitchen window, a kitchen sink and a stove. There is an air conditioner at the front, a stereo, and electric fireplace for heat.
At this time, we can not allow camping without hookups with this trailer. If you will be camping somewhere without electric, please add on the generator (or have your own!).
Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly.
We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring a pet Prior to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until After booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. We will provide a 10x10 easy up canopy upon request, as an alternative, or bring your own.
