We rented the 2025 Nexus Triumph 29T through Blacksford for a group of four and used it to travel around Washington. Overall, we had a very good experience. The RV drove well, was comfortable, and made traveling much more enjoyable. The unlimited mileage was also a great benefit. The AC and heating worked extremely well, and we had no major mechanical or operational issues during the rental. There were a few areas that could be improved. At pickup, there were some chip crumbs left on the front bed from the previous renters, so the cleanliness could have been better. Several drawers did not open smoothly, while others were completely missing, apparently due to damage from previous renters, making some storage areas unusable. The bathroom could also use towel hooks and a shelf for toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. Despite these issues, the RV performed well and made our trip a great experience. With some additional attention to cleaning, storage, and maintenance, it would be an excellent rental. We would rent from Blacksford again.

The RV was great. The team (Jeff and Miranda) were very supportive and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. The RV is as advertised. Fully stocked with everything that you need and very comfortable. We had a great time at the Gorge! Will rent again.

We had a wonderful experience! Such a nice RV, we loved it!

We really appreciate how well each employee made sure that our trip was a safe and special one. Thank you so much. The client service was excellent.
