• Camper Rental Rules and Fees
1. Awning Use: Retract the awning whenever the camper is unattended, including during sleep.
2. Reporting Damage: Report any damage or malfunction (dents, tears, scratches, appliance issues, etc.) to the owner immediately with pictures.
3. Towing and Spotting: Always use a spotter when towing and backing up to avoid collisions.
4. Roof Access: No climbing on or accessing the roof without written approval from the owner.
5. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the camper. A $250 deodorizing fee will apply if strong odors are detected upon return.
6. Pets: Pets require written approval and are not allowed on beds, benches, tables, or counters.
• $250 fee for pet hair, damage or stains on benches, tables, or counters.
• $250 fee for pet stains on the carpet under the dinette.
• These fees are in addition to the initial prep fee.
7. Mattress Protection: Mattress covers are provided to prevent stains.

Camping with no water service/hook up?

ypically, at most campgrounds, you can fill up the 52 gallon freshwater tank at the fill-up/dump station area. The camper provides water pressure through the use of a battery operated water pump for use at the sink and shower. Care is taken to keep the freshwater tank and potable water system clean and is generally safe however it is generally an accepted industry recommendation that you bring bottled water for drinking and consumption. And to use the campers water for washing and bathing.

Can we use the toilet and shower in the camper?

The bathroom provides many of the same comfortable bathroom amenities experienced at home. While the bathroom facilities can still be used even if sewer hookup is not an option, we recommend utilizing the bathroom facilities at the campgrounds where you are staying if they are acceptable. This will allow you to spend more time vacationing and relaxing and less time emptying sewage tanks, the least pleasant part of camping.
