Thank you for choosing our 2026 Forest River Sunseeker! Please treat our RV with the same care and respect you would your own home. To ensure a smooth trip for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines: 1). Driving & Operation • Driver must be at least 25 years old and listed on the rental agreement. • No off-roading, beach driving, or unpaved road travel. Paved campgrounds and highways only. • Avoid low clearances (13 ft+ recommended) and drive cautiously on steep grades. • No towing or roof access. 2). Use & Care • No smoking or vaping inside the RV (including e-cigarettes). A $300 - $500 cleaning fee applies for any smoke or odor. • No pets allowed. This helps keep the vehicle clean and allergen-free for all guests. • Please secure all cabinets, drawers, and appliances before driving. • Treat plumbing with care — only RV-approved toilet paper (provided) may be used. 3). Fuel, Water, and Waste Tanks • Return with full fuel tank (unless prepaid). • Empty black and gray tanks before return or a $175 dump fee applies. • Return propane at near full (or choose prepaid refill). 4). Cleaning & Condition • Please return the RV in the same condition received: trash out, dishes cleaned, and interior wiped down. • Excessive dirt, spills, or sand may result in a $350 deep-cleaning charge. 5). Mileage & Generator • 100 free miles per day, $0.45 per additional mile. • 3 generator hours per day included; $5/hr after. 6). Travel Restrictions • No festivals, Burning Man, or similar high-dust environments without prior approval. • Tailgating and local events are welcome — please keep food and beverages outdoors when possible. 7). Pickup & Return • Pickup: 11 AM | Return: 12 PM (unless arranged otherwise). • Late returns may incur fees if not pre-approved.
