We keep the camper immaculate, please return it as clean and the same condition as you found it!
Must have a tow vehicle that can tow gross weight of 7600 pounds
During the time that our camper is in your care, please NO smoking, NO climbing on the roof, NO driving outside of the US, and obey all traffic laws. All campers require the use of RV/Septic Safe Toilet Paper to avoid clogging the Black Tank, which will result in additional fees for the renter.
This RV is designed to run on 30 amp Shore Power. Connecting it to 110 Power is forbidden as it can cause a fire. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PROBLEMS OCCURRING WHEN OUR CAMPER IS POWERED BY AN EXTERNAL GENERATOR.
Your towing vehicle MUST be equipped with the following:
2" Towing Receiver Hitch
7-way plug
Weight Distribution Hitch will be automatically added to every rental. This camper requires Brake Control per Texas Law. If your towing vehicle is not equipped with wireless brake control devices, you will not be able to take it off our lot
The Weight Distribution Hitch distributes the weight evenly across both axles of the vehicle.
