Eli was great with communication and responded quickly from time of pickup to drop off. Very flexible with pickup and drop off times as well. Didn't rate higher since I had sent a couple messages early on and did not hear from him. Had to go on their business website to get in contact. The camper was not dewinterized I had to take a few extra steps to find the bypass valves to get the pump to work and flush the lines. Also had problems with the electrical cord not making good connection with the camper so we lost power and heat several times. Once we strapped the cord with some upward force then the camper performed as expeted. A discount would have been nice.
