Tax and damage waiver is not included in rates. To run outlets, microwave, and AC city power or generator is needed. Half ton towable recommended trailer brakes and 2 5/16 ball EQ hitch. (High Season is between Memorial to Labor Day weekend.)

We do not allow our trailers to exceed a maximum 65 miles per our hour on any road even where stated higher and expect all other speeds to be adhered too. If driving on a dirt road do not exceed 10 miles per hour to avoid damage to trailer and/or tires, the renter is responsible for the trailer once in their possession. Any damage caused by not following rules of the road damage waiver coverage will be null and void.
