- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 15% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 460,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 73,60 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also covers the cost of full propane tanks and full water tank. Price is negotiable for shorter term rentals.
