Trailer is ready for camping. Private master bedroom with doors. One TV’s, HD antennae. Upper and lower bunks are both full size. Outside storage - see picture. Couch folds out, table turns into bed. You could fit 10 people but it would be crowded. Powered awning, outside shower, outside speakers. Battery, dual propane tanks, fresh water tank. DVD collection - kids and adults.Fees - If the trailer is returned with the holding tanks full I charge $50 to empty the holding tanks.
Propane is Free. Comes with 2 full tanks. There is a cleaning/restocking and pet fee.Delivery
If you need delivery and pickup of the trailer, check with me first. If I’m available I charge $2.50 per towed mile with a $150 total minimum (delivery and pickup). For example if destination is 100 miles from me, then total is $300: $150 for delivery AND $150 for pickup (leveling, setup and dumping tanks included).NO Smoking in the trailer. You will lose your entire deposit if you smoke in the trailer.Included:
- camping chairs
- bedding for master bed only (except pillows)
- Coffee maker (with filters and a few mugs)
- kcup coffee machine (like Kuerig)
- Toaster
- Some pots and pans and cooking utensils.
- BBQ Grill (propane).
- Weight distribution hitch setup (see picture).YOU’LL Need:
- Vehicle capable of towing 5,000 lbs (plus loaded weight).
- Trailer brake controller.
- Round 7 pin electrical connector
- Bedding & pillows for bunks, table bed and couch. I provide sheets for master bed (no pillows).
- Towels
- Paper plates, utensils, etc.
