Q.Do we need to dump the tanks before returning?
A.
Great question! While you're more than welcome to dump the tanks and have the RV fully ready for return, it's not required. 💩🙅‍♂️ We totally understand not everyone wants to dive into the down-and-dirty part of RV life! If that’s you, no worries, we offer an all-in-one return option that covers cleaning, tank dumping, and refills. Or, you can pick and choose exactly what you need from our add-ons section. Easy peasy!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
While our standard rental window runs from 3:00 p.m. on pickup day to 11:00 a.m. on drop-off day, we’re super flexible when it comes to actual timing. We always make it a point to chat with our renters beforehand to figure out what works best for everyone. Our goal is to make your adventure as smooth as possible, so we’ll work together to set a pickup and return time that fits your schedule. Just let us know what you’re thinking, we’re all about good communication and happy campers!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We walk you through the hookup process when we hand over the keys, it's super simple, we promise! Plus, we’ve got easy-to-follow reminder videos on YouTube if you need a refresher. And if you’re ever stuck, we’re just a text or call away. You’ve got this, and we’ve got your back!
Q.Are we pet friendly?
A.
Absolutely we’re pet friendly! 🐾 We know adventures are better with your furry friends. We just ask for a small pet fee and kindly request that pets stay off the furniture to keep things clean and comfy for all our guests.
