Enjoy the comfort and luxury of an RV without any effort, you just show up and enjoy your stay, we take care of the rest.- Full kitchen with microwave, propane cookstove, oven, fridge/freezer.
- 5 TV's including one in master bedroom and the two hallway bunk beds.
- Overhead bunk over front of RV sleeps 2 in a queen and master bed is also a queen, couch
- Dinette table converts to a bed as well as needed*. Sleep 6 in beds + 2 or 3 more on couch and dinette table, so 7-8 total.Notes:
New interior on couch, dining, and driver/passenger chairsHouse rules:
1) RV is swept, mopped, and all surfaces cleaned/disinfected as well as kitchen, fridge, bathroom. Toilet paper for the RV is provided. A basic sweep, wipe down, trash removal of all surfaces is required for all renters prior to return/pickup.
2) No smoking or drug use, this is a family RV, not to be used as a party bus
3) Only the people who register at time of rental are permitted to use it***We deliver and pick-up from your campsite, no driving this unit***Notes: Awning is inoperable due to previous rental, parts on order. External generator attached to RV will require refueling, 12 Gallons is stocked upon delivery with two metal gas cans.Qué incluye - Sheets, linins, pillows, blankets, plates, pots, pans, coffee pot, mugs, paper towels, toilet paper etc. are included
