4.0drop off and pickup was fantastic. communication was great. Camper was in good shape. He disabled the awning over the front, so there was no shade. I'm not sure if he advertises that. It was a surprise to me. I get it, they break if not retracted. I think it needs new utensiles, pans, cups and plates, etc. Low investment would go a long way. We didn't even have enough for a 3 person family. A dish drying rack would be helpful too. We looked for them, but no luck. I would rent from them again.
